Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Yaks, but if they aren't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items (reusing our eco-friendly mailers is encouraged), and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
